We’ve been in outdoor electric sign business since 1932.  We’ve been building LED signs since 1998.  Today, we’re a vertically-integrated manufacturer engineering and building our entire product at our Danville, Illinois headquarters.  We’ve designed and built more than 10,000 LEDs signs and you can find them in every part of North America.

DESIGNED TO STAND OUT

• Our most popular product, the 19mm LED sign, packs 768 LEDs into every square foot for optimal image quality.
• Our boards boast an industry-leading 281 trillion colors (64x deeper than most competitors
• We perform whole-sign color calibration on every billboard, ensuring the smoothest, most consistent colors (many manufacturers only color calibrate one module at a time and some don’t color calibrate at all).
• Our louvers are manufactured using non-reflective matte polycarbonate plastics and are designed to trap light – resulting in deep blacks and outstanding contrast.
• Our billboards have field-adjustable brightness of 5,000 – 7,500 nits, giving billboard operators complete control to dial-in the perfect setting for a combination of optimal readability and energy-efficiency.  Settings can conserve up to 40% of energy use.
  

 

ENGINEERED TO STAND UP

• Our 5-year warranty has been standard on every LED we’ve built for years.
• Each module is fully encapsulated in a thick bed of silicone gel. This is extremely effective; moisture is so thoroughly sealed out during our tests that LEDs actually operated underwater for months on end.  We know of no other product that can withstand such a rigorous test.
• Our cabinets are constructed with heavy-walled, seamless, extruded aluminum for unbeatable durability and are braced and fully welded at each computer-mitered corner for a perfect fit-up and water tight seal.
• Connections are minimized to just two per module.  Some competitors have lesser designs that have many more connection points, which drives up the likelihood of failure.
• Each pixel has only 3 LEDs, which means fewer parts, and lower predicted failure rates.  Again, some competitors use lesser LEDs, which require up to 5 LEDs per pixel to reach acceptable light levels.  
• Watchfire boards never require air conditioning in any situation.  This reduces up-front cost and weight and lowers energy bills and predicted service.

• Ignite® software is included in the purchase of the billboard.  There are no license fees or annual fees, and Help Desk support is available at no charge for the lifetime of your sign.
