Watchfire Digital Outdoor, headquartered in Danville, Ill., has more customers than any other digital billboard manufacturer. Watchfire installed their first digital billboards in early 2007. About nine years ago, Allen Kasiewicz sold his engineering company that he had owned for 18 years. Looking for a place to invest the proceeds of the sale, he decided to purchase real estate. One of the properties he purchased was located on Route 3, the Daniel Webster Highway, in Belmont, N.H. The property is well located on one of the state’s most heavily traveled, non-divided highways. Watchfire Digital Outdoor designed and manufactured the 19mm color LED billboard out of 611 modules containing more than 459,000 red, green and blue LEDs. The billboard is the standard bulletin size for outdoor advertising (14' x 48').
